 irst community solar farm\, a growing network of Community Lighthouses\, a
 nd the recently approved $27 million Neighborhood Power Plan.\nNew Orleans
  is showing the rest of the country how a local community can transform it
 s energy system from the ground up. Now\, we're presenting this civic acad
 emy to reflect how far we've come – and filming it to share what we've l
