The Ochsner Blood Mobile will be at Grace on October 1st from 8:00 AM until Noon. All who are healthy are encouraged to donate (every donor is also eligible to win Saints Tickets for a home game). This drive is on behalf of Tatiana Hoppens, Don's daughter, who recently needed a blood transfusion. While the blood donated will not go directly to Tatiana, if you list her on your donor card, she will receive financial credit toward her medical expenses.
Please note that Ochsner Blood Bank is in urgent need of donations. While all blood types are accepted, this is a critical blood shortage of platelets and Type O red cells, so your donation doesn't only help Tatiana, it also plays a role in saving the lives of Ochsner's patients and those in the community.
