Louisiana Walks for Parkinson's will be on Saturday, Oct. 14th at Lafreniere Park from 9am till 2pm. Admission is $30 (children 12 and under are free) and includes a T-shirt, coffee and donuts in the morning, lunch, two walking paths (one is shorter than the other for those who are unable to walk long distances), a great band, raffles, and and a silent auction. For the children, there will be face painting, a balloon person, and Lowes will be there with crafts and an inflatable slide.
Elouise LeBlanc has formed the "Forever Team EJ" in memory and honor of her husband. She would love to have some of our members join her team.
