We are happy to report that we were able to provide some assistance to Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Fairview, NC. This is a small Lutheran church whose driveways were washed away due to flooding from Hurricane Helene. The church's insurance would not cover the cost of repairs to the driveways and culverts, but thanks to Grace's October "Chuck it in the Bucket" donations and Grace Memorial for Mission Fund, a check in the amount of $1,000.00 has been sent to the church. Also, many cards filled with prayers and words of encouragement were sent along with the check for those individuals who were affected by the storm. Thank you to everyone who supported these efforts.
