The Grace Social Ministry Team will support the Café Reconcile program in June 2026. The Reconcile New Orleans workforce development program supports the training and development of young people 16-24 as the next generation of up-and-coming professionals in our community. For more than 20 years, this non-profit has nurtured the professional and personal growth of young people as they explore career or educational opportunities and develop job readiness skills to stand out in the marketplace. Interns earn industry credentials, explore career and educational pathways that suit their individual abilities, and experience real-world, on the job training in our training restaurant, Café Reconcile.
By eating lunch there, we support their ongoing efforts, as 100% of the restaurant profits go towards the program. Since Café Reconcile is a teaching restaurant, they can only accommodate 8 of us at a time and so we’ve set up three reservations for 8 people each on the 24th, 25th, and 26th at 1:00 PM! You can sign up for one of these reservations at church on Sunday or by emailing us at info@gracenola.org to check if there are openings.
